Many of us have a hard time sitting down and having quiet time with the Lord. This was so true for me. Keeping myself organized and finding ways to further engage with the Lord during my quiet time has been so useful and rewarding spiritually. We have put together a list Top 5 Bible Accessories (in no specific order). Below are some tools that we (with your help) have found to be helpful with staying organized as well as enhancing your quiet time.
First, on the list, we have the magnetic bookmarks from Simplified by Emily Ley. These have been a HUGE hit with our ladies. Use these in books you’re reading or to spice up your Bible.

The Cultivate What Matters Sticker Booklets are the B O M B. I personally have the Goal Setting Sticker Book and the Cultivate Faith Sticker Book. Let me tell you. I get the utmost satisfaction from decorating my Bible, planner, and journal with these stickers. I love the addition of emphasis and color they bring. For all of my SUPER organized people, Meg showed me a way to color code my Bible and THAT has been amazing. I have various colors for various themes in the Bible – for example, I started using green for pruning while we were writing the pruning series or blue for forgiveness, and so on.

Next on the list are the Twistable Crayons. Now, these were new to me but I must say – I’m with it. When we asked for suggestions, we got a lot of messages promoting these bad boys. Some of our ladies in their Bibles as well as journals. If you want to give it a try you can get yours here.
These Flair Felt Tip Pens by Papermate are some of my most favorite pens on the planet. Trust me, I’m self-appointed pen connoisseur. Honestly, I just love how these right. Especially in my Bible, they don’t bleed (so long as you don’t press too hard, obviously) and the small point makes it easy to write in the margins. I also love these for journaling. With so many colors, you can color code (my fave), color, doodle and more. You can find these pens at almost any store that has a stationary aisle (in the U.S.).
You can also order these here or an online vendor of your choice. Happy doodling!
Last, but certainly not least on our list are these Tombow pens.
“It’s the perfect mix between a brush and a pen. It effortlessly makes a thick down stroke and thin upstroke creating the calligraphy look”. – Rachel
I, (Melaine) am definitely looking forward to trying these out. There are multiple colors available and they can be found online through many different sources!
Just when you thought we were finished, introducing our 6th man aka our bonus accessories from Margaret Tinsley aka Mar aka @minsley_16. ENJOY!
LEUCHTTURM1917 Dot Journal
“My dot journal! I love it!! Its what enables me to do all my crazy stuff and create without the lines. It’s by LEUCHTTURM1917. They are anti bleed pages, numbered, have tons of pages and come in different colors and sizes, hardback and soft”.
RSVP Pens (in every color)
“I’m obsessed. They write smoothly and just make me happy – never bleed on the page or break and get all over your fingers”.
STABILO 0.4 mm Pen
“STABILO 0.4 mm black pen for all my doodling and outlining. Its dark, just the right amount ink to make things pop on the page”.
Crayola Super Point Pens
“50 marker pack – simply because of all of the colors. The tip is great for highlighting and you can use it for calligraphy. They don’t bleed thru the pages either”.
CalliBrush
“Black calligraphy pen for real calligraphy. The one I am using now is actually double sided with smaller flat tip. I like and use both faux calligraphy and real calligraphy pens”.
